The terms that apply when WS Academy sends you a text message — for class reminders, sign-in codes, or course announcements.

What we send
- Class-day reminders — automated SMS sent 24 hours before and the morning of an enrolled class. Example: “WS Academy Audio Course tomorrow at 9 AM CT, 2101 East Richmond Ave.”
- Sign-in codes (Phase 2) — one-time 6-digit codes sent when you choose SMS as your sign-in method. Example: “Your WS Academy code is 482915. Don’t share.”
- Class announcements — sent only when an instructor or admin needs to reach an enrolled class (schedule change, weather, parking). Rare.
- Marketing updates — new courses, special offers. Strictly opt-in only, capped at 4 messages/month.
Frequency
Expect 2–4 messages per enrolled class (reminders + occasional updates), plus sign-in codes whenever you request one. Marketing messages capped at 4/month and only if you opt in.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any WS Academy text. We confirm the opt-out and stop sending immediately. You can also manage SMS preferences in your portal profile.

Re-enrolling after STOP
If you reply START, we’ll re-enable transactional SMS (class reminders + sign-in codes). Marketing SMS requires you to re-opt-in via your profile.
Message and data rates
Standard message-and-data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Check with your carrier if you’re unsure.
Supported carriers + privacy
SMS is delivered via Twilio, which works with all major US carriers. Your phone number is shared with Twilio for the purpose of message delivery only. See our Privacy Policy for full sub-processor details.
