Refund Policy
Plain rules. No fine print.

For the Audio Course (in-person)
Our policy is simple: cancel more than 7 days before class, get a full refund — no penalty, no questions. Inside the 7-day window, the enrollment is non-refundable. Committed costs (catering, instructor time, gear allocation) are locked in by then, so we can’t offer cash back. Free transfers are still available — see below.

Important: If you enroll within 7 days of the class start, your enrollment is non-refundable at the point of purchase. The checkout confirmation screen makes this explicit before you complete payment.
Transfer instead of refund:
- More than 7 days before class start: free transfer, 100% of your payment carries to the new class, and your normal refund rights carry forward — you can still cancel the new class under the same 7-day rule if needed.
- 7 days or less before class start: free transfer is still available, but the new enrollment is flagged non-refundable. You can attend the new class, or transfer again (the non-refundable flag carries forward), but no cash refund is available on the transferred enrollment.
Refunds are processed via Stripe within 3 business days of approval. The refund appears on your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
For the Stagehand Course (digital)
All sales final. The Stagehand Course is a self-paced digital product — once access is granted, no refund is available. Free for Williams Signal technicians (verified automatically); $19.99 one-time for everyone else.

If WS cancels a class
If we cancel a class for any reason — weather, instructor unavailability, low enrollment — every enrolled student is offered a choice: full refund OR transfer to the next available class. If you don’t respond within 14 days, we default to a full refund.
How to request a refund or transfer
- Email support@academy.ws.solutions with your class date and enrollment confirmation.
- Include “Refund” or “Transfer” in the subject line.
- We confirm within 24 business hours.
